x+(1/x)=4 x^2 +(1/x^2 )=4^2 −2=14 x^4 +(1/x^4 )=(x^2 +(1/x^2 ))^2 −2=14^2 −2=194 so x^4 −194=−(1/x^4 )

x+1x=4x2+1x2=422=14x4+1x4=(x2+1x2)22=1422=194sox4194=1x4
