Kamal = x Ali = x + 50 Total = 150 ∴ x + x + 50 = 150 ∴ 2x + 50 = 150 ∴ 2x = 150 − 50 ∴ 2x = 100 ∴ x = ((100)/2) ∴ x = 50 So Kamal = Rs 50, Ali = Rs 100

$$\mathrm{Kamal}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{x} \\ $$$$\mathrm{Ali}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{x}\:+\:\mathrm{50} \\ $$$$\mathrm{Total}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{150} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{x}\:+\:\mathrm{x}\:+\:\mathrm{50}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{150} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{2x}\:+\:\mathrm{50}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{150} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{2x}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{150}\:−\:\mathrm{50} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{2x}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{100} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{x}\:\:=\:\:\frac{\mathrm{100}}{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$$$\therefore\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{x}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{50} \\ $$$$\mathrm{So}\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{Kamal}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{Rs}\:\mathrm{50},\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\mathrm{Ali}\:\:=\:\:\mathrm{Rs}\:\mathrm{100} \\ $$
