distance betwen Dand E =distance betwen A and D; so the coordinate of point 4^9 is a point A

$$\mathrm{distance}\:\mathrm{betwen}\:\mathrm{Dand}\:\mathrm{E}\:=\mathrm{distance}\:\mathrm{betwen}\: \\ $$$$\mathrm{A}\:\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{D};\:\:\:\mathrm{so}\:\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{coordinate}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{point} \\ $$$$\:\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{9}} \:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{a}\:\mathrm{point}\:\boldsymbol{\mathrm{A}} \\ $$$$ \\ $$

((4^(10) −4^9 )/(4^(11) −4^(10) ))=(1/4)  hence 4^9  should be  at midpoint of  M and D.  where  M is midpoint of B and C.

$$\frac{\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{10}} −\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{9}} }{\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{11}} −\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{10}} }=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{4}} \\ $$$${hence}\:\mathrm{4}^{\mathrm{9}} \:{should}\:{be} \\ $$$${at}\:{midpoint}\:{of}\:\:{M}\:{and}\:{D}. \\ $$$${where}\:\:{M}\:{is}\:{midpoint}\:{of}\:{B}\:{and}\:{C}. \\ $$
