Answered by Tinku Tara last updated on 30/Jun/23

4x−3y=9 divide both sides by 9. (x/((9/4)))+(y/((−3)))=1 x−intercept=9/4 y−intercept=−3

$$\mathrm{4}{x}−\mathrm{3}{y}=\mathrm{9} \\ $$$$\mathrm{divide}\:\mathrm{both}\:\mathrm{sides}\:\mathrm{by}\:\mathrm{9}. \\ $$$$\frac{{x}}{\left(\mathrm{9}/\mathrm{4}\right)}+\frac{{y}}{\left(−\mathrm{3}\right)}=\mathrm{1} \\ $$$$\mathrm{x}−\mathrm{intercept}=\mathrm{9}/\mathrm{4} \\ $$$$\mathrm{y}−\mathrm{intercept}=−\mathrm{3} \\ $$
