put   x = cos2θ

∫_0 ^1 (√((1−x)/(1+x)))dx =^(t=(√((1+x)/(1−x))))    =4∫_1 ^∞ (dt/((t^2 +1)^2 ))=[((2t)/(t^2 +1))+2tan^(−1)  t]_1 ^∞ =  =(π/2)−1
