Any good idea (?) to go about this: (p−2c)^2 (p^2 −2cp−6c)=27(p+c)

$${Any}\:{good}\:{idea}\:\left(?\right)\:{to}\:{go}\:{about}\:{this}: \\ $$$$\left({p}−\mathrm{2}{c}\right)^{\mathrm{2}} \left({p}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{2}{cp}−\mathrm{6}{c}\right)=\mathrm{27}\left({p}+{c}\right) \\ $$$$ \\ $$
