((0.00015×0.4×1000)/(0.03))=2 mm a degree is 2mm length on the scale.

$$\frac{\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{00015}×\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{4}×\mathrm{1000}}{\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{03}}=\mathrm{2}\:{mm} \\ $$$${a}\:{degree}\:{is}\:\mathrm{2}{mm}\:{length}\:{on}\:{the}\:{scale}. \\ $$
