A is symetrix  ⇒ 2b = 3 and 3a = −2  a = −(2/3), b = (3/2)

$$\mathrm{A}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{symetrix} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow\:\mathrm{2}{b}\:=\:\mathrm{3}\:\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{3}{a}\:=\:−\mathrm{2} \\ $$$${a}\:=\:−\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{3}},\:{b}\:=\:\frac{\mathrm{3}}{\mathrm{2}} \\ $$
