Obviously x=4  81−16=65

$$\mathrm{Obviously}\:{x}=\mathrm{4} \\ $$$$\mathrm{81}−\mathrm{16}=\mathrm{65} \\ $$

No method. If it′s not obvious you can only  approximate.
